Amsterdam-based creative founder looking for a technical co-founder to build:
Vibalist — a generative design platform for physical spaces that blends interactive 3D scene composition with controllable generative models.
Role overview:
We’re solving a hybrid technical art + systems problem: deliver real-time, high-control spatial design workflows powered by graphics tech and generative AI.
Technical challenges include:
-
Signal-to-scene conversion and computer vision scene segmentation for editable geometry
-
Three.js / WebGPU-based rendering and interaction
-
Scene graph architecture and extensible data models
-
Spatial reasoning, constraint systems, and layout logic
-
Proxy geometry workflows for fast tool responsiveness
-
Performance tuning for complex browser workflows
-
Integration of diffusion / generative pipelines into interactive tooling
What we have so far:
-
A defined product vision and go-to-market plan
-
A high-fidelity interactive UX prototype
-
Use-case demo videos with persona
-
Early concept validation from target users
-
Investor interest
Who we’re looking for:
An entrepreneurial technical partner to shape the core architecture and build production-ready systems. This is an equity-heavy co-founder role at pre-seed stage, with meaningful ownership over tech and product direction.
Ideal background:
-
Deep experience in complex 3D applications, tools, or editors
-
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and graphics programming skills
-
Experience with interactive rendering pipelines (Three.js/WebGPU)
-
Comfortable with system design for tools and real-time applications
-
Experience integrating AI or generative systems into workflows
-
Bonus: prior exposure to computer vision or world-model systems
Commitment & location:
Looking for someone ready to commit full-time within 0–3 months. EU / Amsterdam preferred, but remote may be possible for the right partner.
If this resonates, please email mick@vibalist.com or DM me — I’ll share the demo videos and more details.
