This workflow replaces Mapbox‑to‑Houdini (since Mapbox is no longer available), and my tools are 50% faster, simpler, and don’t force any zoom‑level restrictions. Just select your area and send it to Houdini with 1 m/px and 10 m/px resolution in the USA, and 30 m/px globally.
