I made a One click Maya-Blender Asset Sync

Hi everyone,

One pain point I keep running into is moving assets between Maya and Blender during production.

The transfer itself is easy. The cleanup afterwards isn’t.

Checking hierarchy, transforms, pivots, materials, and repeating the process every time an asset changes can become surprisingly time-consuming.

To reduce that friction, I built Flux, a lightweight Maya ↔ Blender asset bridge for artists and Technical Artists.

I’m looking for feedback from others who regularly work across both DCCs.

What are the biggest issues you face when moving assets between Maya and Blender?

Can you export animations (alembics, skeletons etc ? )

Is the code open after you buy ?

Hi, currently it supports only mesh transfer, Im actively working on transferring the skeletons as my version 2. Will share them once updated. And yes I will share the source code once a purchase is made.

Providing this v1 as fully open source. Give it a try!
