Free Toolkit for Beginner / Intermediate Rigging, Animation and Modeling artists!

Hello Maya Friends!

After a few years of working at various AAA companies, I have built up quite an archive of Maya Animation, Rigging and Modelling tools that have helped myself and my teams tremendously in our day-to-day work.

I have decided to give this archive away For Free!

After I realized I would have loved to have a toolkit like this as a student, I decided to collect my favorite tools into a single toolkit. I now call this toolkit “Ease In”.

Since I have a soft spot, and a lot of empathy, for struggling Maya students and beginners, I decided to create this package specifically for them - in the most user-friendly and easily documented way I could.

During my own student days, I found it difficult to get started with plugins, as I did not know where to look, what to look for, or how to use the plugins. This is why I decided to create this package, in the hope it can save a couple of students some headache.

Although the toolkit is meant for Beginner and Intermediate Maya users, it can certainly be helpful to more skilled Maya users as well. A lot of my friends and colleagues are benefitting from the scripts I write, so I am sure there is some value there for everybody.

If you have any wishes or ideas you would like to see in this free toolkit, feel free to mail them to me at easein.toolkit@hotmail.com. I would love to see all your great suggestions from whichever discipline you’re in!

Sign up with your email address here to get the EaseIn kit for free, once it’s fully developed!

Give my email to a MailChimp site that advertises how it turns “emails into revenue”?
Nope.

i’d much rather have students, interns or juniors make these scripts as they are not difficult to make and a valuable lesson.
makes no sense to have them ready as a suite, also if you want to give away code like this, a github is the best way to go

There are lots of free tools on Gumroad and Github which are very easy to access and download without providing personal info.

Dedicated user account for the purposes of posting this, email farming, minimal description about what this “general toolkit” actually does, and weird non-standard maya UI that, for the amount of effort it would take to style, looks worse than the default.

…just seems kinda suspicious.
