FBX animation to BIP/Max animation

I have created a DCC process tool and I hope anyone with good ideas can collaborate with me
FBX animation to BIP/Max animation

Ive been using a very simple maya to max, max to maya pipeline for a while, and would love to collaborate. I pretty much use duplicate specials, import merges, and scale factors on exports/imports.
