I often complain about “all jobs are senior” hiring so in this case I want to say this particular slot is not “senior because don’t want to grow talent” senior – this one is a leadership role with big implications for our business going forward. That said, I don’t want the scope of the job to discourage candidates from underrepresented backgrounds --if you’re on the fence, you can ping me to talk about it and figure out the possible fit.
The role is currently open in Denmark and the UK – you’ll need to be able to work legally in one or the other country. I’m trying to find out if there are remote options in other jurisdictions, I’ll update if that is possible.
