first off what do you mean with character tech art?
is it rigging characters / character tools or complex shader setup?
i ask these questions since your portfolio is mainly sculpting and texturing on artstation which dont give an idea of character technical art
My assumption was Rigging, Modular Characters, Skin shaders and material libraries with Knowledge about shader optimization as well as tool development. Version control and mesh optimization ?.
