Weird bugs in MotionBuilder 2012 SP2

Hi all!

I´m working with a rigging in MotionBuilder which is driving me crazy.

One of the problem I´m having is that when I click in the background, Mobu selects automatically the last spine´s fk controller, just like this:

This is not a big problem, but is very annoying to work properly.

The second problem I have, Is with the three handles I´m using for the belly.
These handles are directly controlling the belly bones in T and R, but for one reason, I cannot create keys for these handles, when I press the “K” button, nothing happens.
I have used helpers a lot of times in the past with this same Mobu version, and it´s the first time I have this problem.

I´m using the MB character solver, I´m not sure if this have any relation.

Anybody have an idea about can be happening with my rigging?

Is it right on a bone? Maybe the keying mode between character and TR is causing problems with the belly handles.

The background click bug sounds like a graphics card issue, have you checked for the latest drivers ?

Finally I re-made the belly controls with a controller over the bone (no with a handle in the bone directly), and works fine.
The other problem fixed itself!

I was just reading the MotionBuilder 2013 release notes yesterday, and that background selection thing is one of the bugs listed under the “stuff we didn’t fix” section:

MOBU-398:
Marquee selecting empty area in viewer or click-selecting empty area of Viewer causes unexpected selections.
Workaround: Selection returns to normal by making the following modifications to the Property View Settings for objects being selected unexpectedly: Marker Settings > Look = Circle

My workaround is to use Shift-D to deselect. It’s faster!
