The order of takes in MotionBuilder

Although I can change the order of takes in the scene navigator, MoBu doesn’t
seem to save it: after reopening the scene the takes are in the order of
creation yet again.

Is there a way to make my changes stick?

Looks to be a bug, I sent in a bug report. 2011 sure could use a hotFix.
