Hi-Rez Studios is excited to be hiring a passionate Character Technical Artist to work at our studio in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Please note that this position is NOT a Character Rigger/Character TD position- this specific opening is for a Technical Artist focused on post-3D software Technical art, dealing heavily with Unreal Engine 3 character set ups and articulation, and interfacing with programmers and animators to help shape the stage when character art and animation gets implemented into the game environment.

What our Tech Artist do:
Export Character Models and Animations from 3Ds Max and import them into Unreal
Create and maintain Animation Trees in Unreal Engine 3 based on Designers, Programmers and Animation requirements
Create and Maintain Animation Set, Character Models, and Physics Assets.
Create and Maintain database entries for character and character related assets.
Ability to troubleshoot per-existing Animation Trees
Work along with the QA team to find and fix bugs.
