Hey guys!
I’m really struggling with the roll setup for the foot. I’m learning with the 3dbuzz goblin rigging vids, maybe some of you know it, if so, the step I’m talking about is the one of the goblin rigging Leg 2 training.
If you don’t know it, ill do my best to explain it.
I’m trying to setup a roll attribute to automate the ball roll process. For instance, by increasing the roll value the ball rotates until it reaches a set value, then the foot begins to straighten out again to get the shape that a foot has before it lifts off the ground.
I watched the training over and over, but i guess i have watched it too many times and I’m getting confused. :?::curses: I’m sure if I get another explanation of how it’s setup from another resource or someone of you, I finally get it.
Forgot to mention, he uses nodes, set range nodes do the most of the job.
There are 3 attr. “Roll” to control the foot roll “ballLift” to set the value where the foot beginns to straighten back out and “footStraight” to set the value where the foot is completely straighten out again.
