Senior Technical Artist (m/f)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate problem-solver to create the bridge between our Art and our Development departments. You will be working in a collaborative environment of artists, designers, and programmers and will be researching and enabling new ways to improve the visual quality within the technical limitation of the chosen platform.
Responsibilities:

[li]Act as a bridge between the Programming and Art team, supporting the communication and understanding between the disciplines[/li][li]Improve pipelines for artists and designers[/li][li]Writing scripts to assists in tools & process solutions[/li][li]Develop shader and effects together with our engine developers[/li][li]Analyze and improve rendering performance and quality [/li][li]Report to the art director while keeping a direct line to the lead engineer[/li][li]Bring passion for collaboration [/li][/ul]
Requirements:

[li]University degree in Art, Design, Computer Science or comparable qualification[/li][li]5+ years of industry experience as Technical Artist with participation in at least 2 titles or projects[/li][li]Extended experience in working with Unity[/li][li]Knowledge of 3D Studio MAX, Photoshop[/li][li]Background in low-poly modelling and texturing experience [/li][li]Natural curiosity to stay up-to-date with new technologies (Allegorithmic Substance etc)[/li][li]Experience with MAXscript, Python and C# is an advantage[/li][li]Self-motivation, good communication skills and a great team-player attitude[/li][li]Passion for Sci-fi and games[/li][li]Fluent English skills[/li][/ul]
