You should have:

[li]Experience of working on published titles on current-gen consoles
[/li][li]A proven track record in the creation of high performance, high quality assets for AAA titles
[/li][li]Knowledge of the latest cutting-edge lighting and rendering techniques, and how these are best serviced by the art pipeline
[/li][li]Exposure to a range of techniques for specialising 3D packages, such as scripts, plug-ins and existing software
[/li][li]Demonstrable ability with MAX or Maya scripting
[/li][li]The ability to confidently present best practices to art teams, critiquing problematic assets and workflows
[/li][li]A passion for games and game visuals
[/li][/ul]
