Rovio is now looking for a Pipeline and Tools Developer to join our Animation Studio at the Rovio head office in Espoo. Your main tasks would be to design, implement and maintain the tools for supporting the animation pipeline and production. Together with a lively team you would ensure that the studio and all areas of production are working smoothly. You would extend the software used at the studio by scripting and developing plugins, as well as administrate and maintain renderfarm.
We would like you to have…

[li]BSc, MSc or equivalent related experience
[/li][li]Min. 2 years of experience in related production environment (Students of related fields can be considered for junior positions)
[/li][li]Coding experience and skills: Python, Javascript, Qt or C++
[/li][li]Problem solving skills
[/li][li]Documentation skills
[/li][li]Excellent written and oral skills in English essential, Finnish skills are a plus.

The ideal candidate for this position has a “can-do” attitude and ability to work with varying tasks flexibly. We are looking for a person, who might already have some experience in scripting in industry standard 3D/2D/comp software, for example Maya, Cinema4D, and After Effects. Experience with some render management software and production tracking system APIs is a major advantage (for example Deadline, Shotgun) . You are ready to learn and adopt new things in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
