Hello group!
I’ve googled about this problem, and the answer seems to be writing these two lines in the Maya.env file.
MAYA_DISABLE_CLIC_IPM=1
MAYA_DISABLE_CIP=1
However, this solution seems to not work for my environment…
Server & Client Computer OS: CentOS 7.6
Maya Version: 2018 Update 5
Additionaly, this slow startup issue happens only when the Client Computers do not have access to the internet.
