Hey guy I’m currently trying to script my own clunky auto rig and am in bit of a hitch. I’m trying to get the IK spline tool to work fluently but can’t seem to find any good resources. What i currently have is a bunch of locators with relative space in my joint chain, and i’m hoping to connect my locators to my clusters which is driving the curve which in turn drives the joints.
I am having issues moving the pivot point to the end of the curve for the clusters.
- it seems like when i move the cluster it moves the curve.
- In addition since the clusters are using multiple curve points it usually places itself in the center of the two
- Next is that I’m hoping to keep my curve bezied so that i can have a clean curve drop off instead of making it linear.
Hopefully you guys know any good resources to help me out. It seems like there isn’t much information on cluster editing and manipulating out there.

so
