How to get the playhead to 0 in AE

I am beating my head up against a wall. Does anyone know how to get the play-head to 0 in after effects via script? Don’t care which way I have to do it whatever works!

I haven’t really scripted too much AE in the past few years, but is this what you are trying to do?

Select the comp in the project view or go into the comp itself and run this command:

app.project.activeItem.time = 0

It sets the current time indicator in the current comp (tested on AE CS6)
