How to AutoLogon Network PC\Render Slaves using .bat

I have about Ten Render Slaves which will be used has workstations also.
my problem is i have to logon to a Admin account on the AD on every pc to start rendering. this is very time consuming.
How to Autologon a Network pc to Useraccount at required time ?
