Holes in Mesh when Deforming

Whenever I rotate my characters torso forward, Im getting holes, see attached pic. Poly’s are all quads and I’ve been through all the mesh > clean up tests. ??

I dont think those are holes. Those are fuckedup normals and bad weights.
Unlock the normals and use a deltamush.

simply smoothing the skinweights would work, no need for deltamush
