Ghostly Studios is seeking a Coder/Software Engineer for a full time contract position located in Quantico, VA. This position is full salary with benefits, and a relocation bonus will be provided. This is for the development of a law enforcement training simulator and game built in the Unreal 3 engine, and will be used and deployed by major federal agencies. All candidates must be capable of obtaining a SECRET level clearance. This project will be an exciting, one in a life time opportunity. Responsibilities:
The Coder will be responsible for a bulk of the programming tasks. This programmer will work closely with the Lead Developer to provide the necessary functions inside the Unreal Engine 3 as defined by the Lead Developer and Game Designer / Producer.

Requirements:
• 3 years of professional experience
• Writing interactive game or simulation programs using object-oriented methods in a non memory-managed language such as C++.
• Writing UnrealScript files for game or simulation projects in the Unreal Engine 3 or Unreal Development Kit (UDK).
• User testing.
• Debugging.
• Demonstrate best practices for commenting code
• 3D Game Engine technologies such as Unreal Engine, Gamebryo, CryEngine, Id Tech, etc.
• Microsoft Windows 98, NT, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 2003 and Windows 7 operating systems
• Experience working with Unreal Engine 3 source code is highly desirable.
• Experience writing scripts for the Unity 3D game development tool is highly desirable.
