Hi there guys. listen up I have a bit of a tech issue, I can’t solve in maya. Has anyone ever encountered an issue with the ghosting in maya where any skinned mesh is unable to ghost.
Is there also a way to make the ghosted object wireframe but the mesh normal shaded.I know this is possible in max. :?:
easy way would be with layers to add the stuff you want to ghost into a templated layer.
dont know if something like you discribe already is in maya but you can also create a mel/python script for it which upon selection templates everything except the mesh you wish to paint on (because template is also an attribute on every transform and shapenode)
