In this webinar hosted by Image Metrics, the folks at Rigging Dojo will provide an overview of core facial rigging concepts and discuss how understanding anatomy is used to inform deformation and rigging. The seminar will present common practices of rigging faces and will go beyond the philosophies of facial rigging to introduce practical technical knowledge.
About Rigging Dojo: Rigging Dojo is an online school providing personal customized training for character rigging and technical art for artists looking to learn new skills or update existing ones. Our classes have a true mentor-mentee based approach. Based on the student’s learning requests they will be matched with a mentor. The curriculum is then custom designed by the mentor working with each student based on exactly the skills they want to learn, providing personalized online training unique to Rigging Dojo.

Its much appreciated you are doing this for free, so no complaints, but its hard to reserve a specific time sometimes.
I’ve gone ahead and registered, but just realised that the timezone difference means it falls at about 5 in the morning for me. As I very much doubt I’ll be able to watch it live, will there be an archived video made available after the fact?
@Scott It’s like a web chat room you log into but it has video. You can only type and it’s only really when you have questions but you watch and listen to the host while you can see others type comments as well.

IM usually uploads videos after the fact. Just look on Vimeo for Image Metrics Webinar and you’ll see previous ones.

Typically this is not true. It isn’t like Rigging Dojo where they don’t release the educational material to the public before the students. Everyone has access to the saved vids at the same time up until now.
i had fun too watching you “soft moding” all over the place!
however, staying up late was worth it… i´ll never use multiplyDivide for inverting again, i guess…
always nice to see different approaches for the same issues.
