Does this tool still exist in latest maya?

I am trying to following this section of the manual. I cannot find this ‘select border edge tool’ in the main menu. The guide mentions “from the polygon menu set”, what menu is this??

Looking at this guide for what looks to be an old maya, the tool is listed in the ‘select’ main menu but it is not there anymore.

Am on Maya 2025

Yes it does but I usually select by CTRL + right click and it will show up

You can also just double-click on the component
