We need a rigging intern in our Los Angeles studio. Here’s the job description:
3D Character Rigger
Responsibilities
? Creating rigs of and weighting 3D character models for animation
? Transferring of animations between varying rigs
? Collaborating with the animation team to make rig and tool improvements where possible
? Following of company standards and practices to create rigs that work in pipeline and with current tool systems
Qualifications
? Strong knowledge of Maya a must
? Strong knowledge of human and animal anatomy, especially skeletal and muscular systems
? Animation and/or modeling experience a plus
? Strong interest in solving creative and technical challenges
