i just want to add to kat’s post. i was formerly the lead tech-artist here but about a little over a year ago have moved into an art team lead position at CA. so… i have some insight & experience with the role we’re trying to fill
first off CA is an excellent place to work. everyone here is a total pro & are incredibly talented. overall, there is a really fun vibe here - i find myself laughing out loud every day & i think that’s important in a creative environment. second, we’ve worked on & are currently working on some seriously kick-ass projects (just check out the company site & see for yourself). we embrace challenge and are laser-focused on creating “fun”.
