PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

[li]UE4 technical art solutions across disciplines
[/li][li]Technical Asset Approval
[/li][li]Asset Quality Checks
[/li][li]Optimization
[/li][li]Gameplay-related asset integration
[/li][LIST]
[li]LODs (Simplygon)
[/li][li]Destruction meshes
[/li][li]Custom gameplay metadata
[/li][/ul]
[li]Documentation (Internal and for mod tools)
[/li][li]Pipeline Improvements
[/li][/LIST]
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
[ul]
[li]Demonstrated results increasing the quality and performance on at least one shipped title through technical art support
[/li][li]Unique strengths in materials, shaders, characters, modeling, animation or any other art discipline are highly desirable
[/li][li]Experience working on large, open world projects
[/li][li]Experience working in a team environment using Unreal Engine 3 or 4
[/li][li]Understanding of terrain creation tools such as World Machine, Vue, etc
[/li][li]Ability to achieve high fidelity results within limited performance and time budgets
[/li][li]Knowledge of PBR material workflows using industry-standard software such as Substance Painter / Designer, Quixel, etc.
[/li][li]Strong communication and technical writing skills
[/li][/ul]
