I’m putting together a financial pitch document for what it would take to host a developer day at the major conventions. (Siggraph, GDC, Maker Faire, ect) Most of my information is research / observation based, and it would be wonderful if someone who has done this before could take a look over my document, and let me know if there’s anything I didn’t think to add.
