Responsibilities
[ul]
[li]Contribute strategies for Animation process
[/li][li]Managing a production team of animators within established timeframes
[/li][li]Assigning tasks, tutoring, creative and technical coaching of team members
[/li][li]Supervising and reviewing the work of team members
[/li][li]Help set the animation quality bar for the studio and each project.
[/li][li]Work closely with the rigging/character modeling teams to maximize our animation and character performance potential.

Qualifications
[ul]
[li]An accomplished CG animator with at minimum 7 years of animation experience.
[/li][li]Minimum of 5+ years VFX post-production experience - this must be recent
[/li][li]Solid previous experience as a supervisor and most recently an Animation Supervisor on previous major projects
[/li][li]Creative eye and aesthetic judgement with a deep understanding of composition, cinematic design and animation timing
[/li][li]Must have a vast understanding of anatomy, rigging, CG lighting, rendering, compositing.
[/li][li]Should have an eye for CG and FX work also.
[/li][/ul]
